Just wanted to say thank you to Sarah and the team, first visit today for our annual NHS work team catch up and the service was exceptional. The food was hot and delicious and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Especially want to say thank you to Sarah for fetching a wheelchair for one of our ladies who is getting on and struggling following a recent fall. Will definitely be back.

One of the best places to eat if not the best place at Trentham gardens,, the staff are lovely and always helpful. I have Ceoliac (wheat intolerant) so have to be very careful when eating out , but the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable when I order Never had a bad experience when visiting the rotisserie 5 stars for everything and everyone and now they have a “dog friendly” area it ticks all the boxes !!!
Don’t expect a gourmet meal, good honest belly filling food. Reasonable priced with a good selection. My main reason for writing this review was the service. Service that in my mind went above and beyond. My server cared about what she was doing, she enquired if I had enough cheese on my baguette as she placed it on the table. It may seem trivial but It showed she cared about what she was offering and my opinion. I noted they had a sign saying “Awarded by the mystery shopper” I can honestly see why they got this reward. Keep up the good work your star rating will go up guaranteed.
Me and my partner went yesterday had our breakfast here and dinner the food was lovely very reasonable and the staff were so friendly highly recommended definitely going again will take my daughter and son in law next time
